How Do I Refer a Pet to You?
Fourways Veterinary Hospital has a dedicated Referral Coordinator who will assist referring vets and their clients to make a referral appointment, co-ordinate histories and diagnostics and to ensure that referral reports are generated and sent.

Should you need to refer an emergency case outside of these hours, please call us on 011 705 3411.
Should you wish to schedule a referral appointment that is not urgent, please contact our Referral Coordinator directly on 011 705 3411 or send an e-mail to greg@fourwaysvet.co.za
All Referrals require a history or a Referral letter to be e-mailed to vet@fourwaysvet.co.za or to physically accompany the patient.
A report for all referrals will be sent to the referring vet.
Internal Referrals
In some instances, where the client may have seen a generalist vet or a specialist vet is unavailable at that time, they may be internally referred to a specialist. This will be communicated to the client by the attending vet.
