Each patient is provided with their own ward in this temperature controlled area. There are specialised wards for larger dogs, to allow for comfort. Each dog is provided with a pet bed to sleep on.
These wards are situated in the prep room area where there is constant activity. These wards are used for patients who need to be more carefully monitored i.e. seizuring patients.
This peaceful, temperature-controlled area is separate from the dog ward. This minimises the stress levels and cats can be treated in the ward without coming in contact with other patients. Feliway is used in this area to help relax the kitties in our care.
Each cat has their own igloo so that they can rest while feeling safe, where appropriate.
This area is for pets with contagious conditions like parvo virus. This area is separated to prevent disease transmission. We practice effective barrier nursing to prevent patient cross contamination.
